help please...

Ok, so I have stolen a couple ideas from friends to make my blog cuter. I would love to add that awesome cute text but don't know how! I think I'm finally figuring out how to do the picture header part...I know it's about time...but to do cute text would be great! Any helpful hints and tips would be appreciated! Thank you!
